The Rewritten brand launched in 2016 with friends Katie Arnott and Frances Cookson, who, frustrated by the choice of bridesmaid dresses out there, decided to create their own - lucky us!
The Rewritten collection is for girls that are looking for a more simple and effortless style so a bit less formal than most bridesmaid dresses out there.

THE BERLIN DRESS
Say hi to the Berlin dress, a floor length dress with a square neckline, adjustable bow tie straps and subtle side split. Just a little bit fitted at the waist for a flattering look, the Berlin is one hell of a sophisticated dress with a column silhouette skirt, centre back zip and shoulder ties that can be worn in a multitude of ways.

The Soho Jumpsuit
One of our most exciting launches for 2019, the Soho Jumpsuit offers the ultimate in modern bridesmaids dressing. Featuring flowing wide leg palazzo trousers, darted waist detail, back of the neck key hole design, bow neck tie and finished with a flattering waist sash tie. You are sure to be the most stylish one at the party in this dream of a jumpsuit, those wide legs provide just the same amount of swishiness on the dancefloor as any dress.

The Sydney Dress
Crafted in the most sumptuous of satins, the Sydney dress is a floor length bias cut camisole dress featuring a cross back and detachable waist sash tie detail. A plunging low back and v neck make for one hell of a beautiful dress. Single layered throughout and lined at the bust, wear with a heel and some attitude and you will be the star of the party.

The Prague Dress
The Prague is a real showstopper of a dress. Featuring a double layered crepe bias cut camisole dress with a lighter than air long sleeved chiffon bias cut overlay dress we defy you not to feel utterly glamorous when you put this on. Finished with soft neck tie detail and delicate button cuffs, this open back wonder is the ideal piece to take you from day to night.

So what’s different about this collection to the last?
Well there’s still that effortless chic style that Rewritten do so well but with a bit more sophistication thrown in this time. Less boho vibes with a more contemporary feel to the overall collection. The added details like side splits and low sexy backs give the styles a more grown-up feel and gives many options to wear the dresses to something fancy again after the wedding day is long gone - win, win!
We especially love the use of fabrics that Rewritten have incorporated into this collection, like crepe, chiffon and satin. (stay tuned for a a beaut of a velvet number arriving soon too!)
Their new colours will be a welcome addition to brides who have loved the Rewritten style in the past but not found the colour they’ve had their heart set on, so we’re so pleased to see that they’re now offering a wider choice and there’s definitely a colour in there to suit everyone.
